How to be a Member

KCOA MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

This is effectively done through:-

 A) CHECK OFF

  Employer checkoff:  Monthly remittance/subscription through salary payslip  - 500/- per month

 

 B) NON-CHECKOFF

1) Annual one off payment to KCOA bank account in January of every  year- Ksh. 6,000 per year

2) Biannual  2 equal installments payment to KCOA bank account in January and July - Ksh.3,000 per each installment.

 

C) Non-Checkoff Payment procedure to KCOA bank account

1) Go to Mpesa and select  Lipa na Mpesa.

2) Choose Paybill option.

3) Enter the Business Number  400222

4) Enter the Account  as 1787624#
 then your name without spacing and send
 eg .
 1787624#AlbertTaiti

5) Receive confirmation message from Cooperative bank  which is equally received by KCOA Treasury/Secretariat.
 eg.
"Dear ALBERT  WAGURAH TAITI  you have sent Ksh. 6,000  to KENYACLINICALOFFICERSASSOCI for AlbertTaiti. Reference Number PA88FKD2G2. Coop Bank Don't share your PIN with anyone"

6) After receiving payment confirmation message, please text back your official name, telephone number, email address, county/KCOA branch and employment organization to KCOA Telephone Number 0700504635 to organize for  your membership website portal, certificate and card .
